At the recent AGM, Tori Moreno-Cruse (BLC) was
elected as the new Chairperson and Liz Pryor (Bureau Veritas) elelcted as
Vice-Chairperson. Paul Jones (HSTTS) took over as Treasurer. Alan Ross (HSTTS)
remains as Secretary. |

UKTLF successfully achieves its aim of having the
Furniture & Furnishings (Fire)(Safety) Regulations 1988 amended in respect
of the flame retardent polyester fabric used for testing filling materials.
This is the culmination of four years of lobbying government. |

Advisory Group looking at the future of the Furniture & Furnishing
